Pellet Fire Service Base Rates:
SERVICING & REPAIRS PRICING
All Pellet Fire Service $198 (covers travel and up to 75 minutes on site)
Pellet Fire Repair Minimum Charge $140 (covers travel and first 45 minutes on site)
Parts are additional and extra labour is charged at $35 per 15 minute increments or part thereof
Note: An additional travel charge will apply for homes that are 15km (30km return trip) away from our warehouse – we will try and group services to keep travel charges to a minimum.
We have introduced a temporary fuel surcharge of $5 per visit for all jobs
PELLET FIRE REMOVALS
If you are replacing your pellet fire we can remove your existing pellet fire and make everything watertight.
If you are removing your current pellet fire we may buy it off you for parts.
